Located at 9 Hamilton Avenue, Surfers Paradise, our Tallest Tower SkyHomes and sub Penthouses are located in the building known by many as Q1.

We are not Q1 resort managers and our SkyHomes and sub Penthouses are not managed by or associated with Q1 Resort management. Do we do it better? Come see for yourself!

All of our Tallest Tower SkyHomes feature access to the same resort facilities as guests of Q1 Resort and Spa:

  • Two huge outdoor lagoon pools
  • Indoor heated pool
  • Spa
  • Sauna
  • Steam room
  • Games room

Exit your resort through Longboards Laidback Eatery & Bar and you are directly opposit the beach.

Now THIS is a holiday.

Height limit for basement parking is 2.2 metres. PLEASE NOTE: Some international versions of Toyota’s 12 seater Commuter van will fit under this basement. NONE of the rental 12 seater vans in Australia are under this limit – They will not fit under any basement parking garage.

8 seater vans such as Hiace, Kia Carnival, Hyundai Staria all will fit under the basement of all our resorts.
